1. Use of Templates
1.1 License to Templates.
128 Digital provides you with a license to duplicate and utilize the single template or templates accessible within 128 Club for your personal or commercial projects/websites. You are permitted to alter, adjust, or tailor the templates as necessary for your projects, however, distributing or selling them as standalone products is not permitted. Under no circumstances should you redistribute items, even if they have been modified.
1.1.1 128 Club does not include templates from the Webflow Marketplace that are present on the 128.digital template designer page https://webflow.com/templates/designers/128-digital. These templates are for sale only on the Webflow Marketplace https://webflow.com/templates. You can see the templates that belong to 128 Club on the Club Templates page https://www.128.digital/all-templates.
1.2 Premium Templates Subscription
128 Club offers two paid plans: the 128 Club Yearly Plan and the 128 Club Lifetime Plan.The 128 Club Yearly Plan includes year-long access to all 128 Club Webflow Templates.The 128 Club Lifetime Plan includes permanent access to all 128 Club Webflow Templates without any time limitations.
By completing the payment, you are consenting to the subscription terms of the 128 Club Paid Plans:
1.2.1 The 128 Club Yearly Plan subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your subscription purchase date, guaranteeing continuous access to our Premium Webflow Templates.
1.2.2The 128 Club Lifetime Plan requires a single payment upon signing up for the subscription.
1.2.3 You have the option to cancel your 128 Club subscription at any time. However, please be aware that canceling the subscription will result in your account being suspended once the current billing period ends. You will retain access to the Premium Webflow Templates until the conclusion of the ongoing billing cycle.
1.2.4 If we cannot renew your subscription due to issues like credit card blocking or insufficient funds, your account will be temporarily suspended. To reactivate your account and regain access to the Premium Webflow Templates, please ensure your payment method is current and has adequate funds.
1.2.5 128 Club started with 20 templates. Five new templates will be added each month by the 25th.
2. Template Delivery Terms
2.1 Single Template
2.1.1When purchasing, make sure to specify the email address where the template should be transferred.
2.1.2The template will be transferred within 24 hours.
2.1.3 Accept the transferred template in your workspace.
2.2 128 Club Template
On the 128 Club page, you can request each template individually using the "Request Template" button. The template will be transferred to the email address registered with your 128 Club account.

3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creating
To access 128 Paid Plans on our website, you must create a user account. You are accountable for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3.2 Account Determination
We retain the authority to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect you have breached these Terms or participated in any actions that could jeopardize our website, users, or reputation.
4. Intellectual property rights
All rights and ownership of 128 Club Webflow Templates belong to 128.digital. You are not permitted to utilize our trademarks, logos, or any proprietary information without obtaining our prior written consent.
5. Liability Limitations
5.1 Warranty Disclaimer
128.digital provides 128 Club Webflow Templates without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Webflow Templates or any other content on our website.
5.2 Indemnification
By using our website, you agree to indemnify and hold 128.digital harmless from any claims, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. 128.digital shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our website or any products or services obtained through it.
6. Figma Files
128 Club Webflow Templates do not include Figma files. All templates are designed entirely within Webflow.
7. Terms Modification
128.digital retains the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any alterations will take effect upon the publication of the revised Terms on our website. Your ongoing use of our website following the posting of such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
